The PNNL Technical Library is a research and technical library, operated by and for the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and is located in the Consolidated Information Center on the WSU Tri-Cities campus. The Technical Library is co-located with the WSU Tri-Cities Max Benitz Library and serves the WSU Tri-Cities faculty, staff and students.

PNNL employees must use the Library's internal web site available via the PNNL network to access databases and full-text resources including journals, reports, conference proceedings, and more.

The PNNL Technical Library provides InterLibrary Loan (ILL) services through OCLC only. Borrowing libraries must participate in OCLC's IFM (Interlibrary Loan Fee Management). The OCLC symbol for the PNNL Technical Library is OIQ. For assistance, borrowing libraries may call the Technical Library's ILL service desk, 509-375-3314.

The DOE Public Reading Room is also located in the CIC, with the Technical Library and the Max Benitz Library, and is managed by PNNL for the Department of Energy.
